We want to be able to help as many people as possible, so many of our products are available digitally.


For most of our physical products, we’ve harnessed the power of Amazon to deliver your products quickly. This also means you have a return policy with Amazon support always on hand to help.

Bec’s Refund Policy

The items purchased through Amazon are supplied by sellers on Amazon who must abide by Amazon’s strict rules and regulations. If you have any queries about a purchase, you can contact the seller or Amazon directly. You will have received an email with relevant information, or you can begin the refund process by visiting Amazon’s refund page.

If you purchased one of the programs or products on our site, our refund policy is 30 days. If it has been more than 30 days since your purchase, please contact us at [email protected] We aim to provide wonderful value and will do our best to help you. 

To be eligible for a return for physical products, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, where appropriate.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary products, certain health and personal care items, gift cards, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

Book with obvious signs of use CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl records that have been opened.

Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected]

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Before contacting us about a non-received refund, recheck your bank account.

Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
